Payment of Camp Fees

Most orientation camps require a camp fee. Payment instructions will be provided on the registration page or by the respective organising committee. Please ensure that payment is completed before the stated deadline to secure your slot in the camp.

You are advised to keep a screenshot or receipt of your payment confirmation for reference. If you encounter any payment-related issues, please contact the respective camp organisers for assistance.

Step 3

Receive Confirmation Email

Once your registration and payment (if any) have been processed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email from the respective organising committee.

Step 4

Receive Camp Updates

Closer to the start date of the actual camp, the camp organising committee will provide further updates and instructions through email or communication channels (e.g. Instagram, Telegram). These updates may include reporting venue and timing, group allocations, camp schedules, attire requirements, and other important announcements.

Incoming freshmen are encouraged to refer to and follow the respective camp communication channels regularly for the latest updates and information. For any further enquiries, you may reach out directly to the respective camp organising committee. The respective point of contact can be found on the sign up forms or through the camp communication channels.

Step 5

Prepare for Orientation Camp

Before attending the orientation camp, please ensure that you have carefully read through all instructions provided by the camp organisers and packed the necessary items required for camp activities.

Incoming freshmen are encouraged to check their email regularly for the latest updates and announcements. You should also join any communication groups created by the organisers (e.g. Telegram or WhatsApp) to stay informed of real-time updates, reminders, and important information leading up to the camp.

Step 6

Attend Orientation Camp

On the day of the orientation camp, please plan your travel time in advance and arrive promptly at the stated venue and reporting time as indicated by the camp organisers. There will be camp registration taking place on the first day of camp. Please prepare the verification materials (e.g. camp email confirmation, student card) in advance for registration purposes.

Actively participate in the various activities, bonding sessions, and programmes organised during the camp to learn more about university life and build meaningful connections within the NUS community.

Step 7

Beyond Orientation Camp

After orientation camps, your NUS journey continues as you explore a wide range of opportunities across campus. You are encouraged to join student organisations and co-curricular activities (CCAs) and participate in events and activities to support your transition into university life.
