Official rules and procedures for planning and running Freshman Orientation Camp, including guides to personal data collection, conduct and sponsorships.
Safety, Journey, and Training Requirements (SJTR)
The SJTR is an assessment tool to evaluate the suitability of students to undertake an influential role in the camp. All seniors involved in FOC are required to complete and pass the SJTR assessment. The assessment will be conducted online in a quiz format.
OSA1006 - NUS Freshman Orientation Camp Framework, Guidelines & Training 2026
All seniors involved in FOP are required to enroll in the course, complete all modules, quiz and save your completion receipt. The course will cover the mission and goals of Freshmen Orientation Camp (FOC), safety and training, orientation activities framework, and other administrative matters.
