Application/Registration Dates

The online hostel application, registration or acceptance period is from 10.00am (1st Day) to 11.59pm (last day), Singapore time unless otherwise stated.

Please read and understand the Terms and Conditions of the exercise before applying.

Current Non-Graduating (Exchange) students who are extending their NUS studies for another semester will be notified of their hostel stay extension via their NUS email during their 1st semester.

Residents Semester 2 Acceptance Fee payment – AY2024/2025 14 October to 24 October 2024 PAY HERE

Students who are offered hostel stay for one academic year stay will need to make another acceptance fee payment of $200 in order to secure the 2nd semester accommodation. A reminder will be sent to the students' NUS email account before the payment period.

Residents Vacation 2 Stay - AY2023/24 22-30 April 2024 PAY HERE

Students who wish to stay for vacation are required to submit an application through the UHMS Hostel Application portal. Thereafter, they are to make payment through the UHMS Hostel Application portal.
