Creation of Student Organisation Email
All Student Organisations are required to have an organisation email account to ensure a secure and centralised repository for the group’s communications and documents. This facilitates smoother handovers between successive Executive Committees, as leaders can refer to a shared account and storage space.
Examples of materials that should be stored in the organisation email account include (but not limited to):
- Event proposals
- Archives and records
- Membership lists
- Passwords to the organisation’s social media accounts (stored securely)
Due to the sensitive nature of these documents, all records should be kept within the NUS system to ensure data security.
