Join them at their Welcome Tea, where you can learn more about the DYOC: Peer Supporting Peer course and the PSS experience by hearing from and interacting with the latest batch of students who completed the DYOC course and experienced PSS members. Refreshments will be provided!

About WellNUS Festival

WellNUS Festival returns for its seventh year with Self-Care+ as the guiding framework for student wellbeing at NUS. Centred on the idea of 'Care for Self, Care for Others', Self-Care+ recognises that wellbeing starts with caring for ourselves, while encouraging us to extend that care to the people around us. Through activities, conversations and practical resources, WellNUS Festival invites students to explore ways to care for their physical, emotional and mental wellbeing, while building greater awareness of the needs of others.
