At OSA Student Wellness, we are a dedicated team of mental health professionals, bringing together diverse expertise in counselling, social work, psychology, and nursing. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support for students' socioemotional well-being, offering guidance during times of distress, transitions, and challenging disciplinary processes.

What We Do?
We understand the importance of collaboration, which is why we work closely with various stakeholders both within and outside the university. Internally, we collaborate with faculty, student life staff, and administrative departments to ensure a holistic approach to student support. Externally, we partner with community organizations, mental health agencies, and healthcare providers to expand access to resources and services.
Through collaborative efforts, we design and implement student-centric mental wellness psychoeducational programs. These initiatives aim to equip students with essential knowledge and skills for self-care and effective help-seeking skills. Whether it's boosting mental health literacy or fostering resilience, our programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of our NUS student community.
Central to our approach is advocacy for mental health awareness and destigmatization. We aspire to cultivate a resilient community where every NUS student is empowered with the tools and resources to prioritize their mental well-being.
