Loan of Audio-Visual Equipment

Registered NUS student organisations may loan furniture, audio or visual equipment for use within Kent Ridge Campus. These include items like:

• Projector
• Portable Projection Screen
• Wireless PA system
• Sound Meter

To facilitate your request, ensure that your event has been approved by your Staff Advisor before submitting the request form.

Loaning of furniture, audio and visual equipment are subject to availability, and submission of the request form only indicates your request to loan.

Expect a confirmation email in your NUS email account in 2 working days.
