What is WellNUS Festival?

The WellNUS Festival is back for its fifth year, and we’re excited to bring you another incredible celebration of well-being!

Over the years, we’ve seen our beloved PitStop Pals journey to NUS in 2022 and settle in 2023. Now, in 2024, they’re inviting you to slow down, breathe and embrace the beauty of the present moment.

With a lineup of engaging events and activities, this year’s festival encourages you to pause and focus on self-care, mindfulness and connection with those around you. Join us as we celebrate the power of simply being, and let’s make this year’s festival a meaningful one!

Grand Draw

Stand a chance to win an iPad, Nintendo Switch Bundle, or Sony XM5 Headphones Bundle by joining our grand draw! Participate in our upcoming online challenges, any WellNUS Festival Workshops, and attend OSA events during the festival to enter the draw! The more you participate, the higher the chance for you to win the draw!

“Draw in Your Own Style” Challenge (2-25 October)

Our Pitstop Pals need your personal magic! It's time to bring them to life with your unique style and creativity. Whether it’s bold colours, quirky patterns, or a fresh new twist, this is your moment to shine! Let your imagination run wild and give these characters the personality they deserve.

Join us in the "Draw in your own style" challenge, open to all NUS students and staff. Each submission is not only a showcase of your talent but also an entry to our exciting Grand Draw! Who knows, your artistic touch could win you some awesome prizes!

You are also invited to come down to PitStop@Utown on 2 October, 1-5pm for the “Draw in Your Own Style” drawing session.

Opening Event: Couch Concert (9 October, 5pm - 7pm), UTown Courtyard @ ERC

Featuring NUS student musicians performing acoustic and lo-fi tunes, this intimate concert is designed to provide a cozy, calming space amidst the bustle of university life. Join us for an evening of chill vibes and soulful melodies during the WellNUS Festival!

Inside Out 2 Movie Screening (10 Oct, 7pm - 9pm), UTown Auditorium 2

Grab your friends and join us for a heartwarming and fun-filled movie night with Inside Out 2! Get ready to dive back into the world of emotions as we follow Riley and her crew of colourful feelings on another unforgettable journey. Whether you’re looking for laughs, a good cry, or just some quality time with your favourite people, this screening is the perfect way to share the experience. Don’t miss out—bring your friends along for an emotional rollercoaster you won’t want to go through alone!

Jump Fitness (23 Oct, 4.30pm - 5.30pm), UTown Plaza

Ready to bounce your way to better fitness and a clearer mind? We are bringing back Jump Fitness, a high-energy workout on trampolines that’s as fun as it is effective! This unique exercise will get your heart pumping while helping you stay fully present in the moment. Feel the rhythm, focus on each jump, and let go of any stress or distractions as you leap into a healthier you. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or just looking to try something new, Jump Fitness is the perfect way to elevate both your body and your mind!

Closing event: ChillOut@PitStop (23 October, 1pm - 5pm), PitStop@UTown

Wrap up the WellNUS Festival 2024 with ChillOut@PitStop! For one night only, we’re transforming PitStop into a relaxing haven of chill vibes, featuring a blend of smooth electronic beats and soulful a cappella voices. Unwind and take a moment to recharge as you soak in the ambient music and calming atmosphere. Whether you’re reflecting on the festival or just looking for a space to relax, ChillOut@PitStop is the perfect way to close out this journey of mindfulness and well-being.
