Balloon Sculpting Workshops with RVRC Artelier

RVRC is excited to present a balloon sculpture workshop by Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences alumnus Bryan Au from the NUS Class of 2026. You can look forward to a hands-on, creative activity where the instructor will guide participants step-by-step to twist and shape ordinary latex balloons into art pieces like animals, flowers, and swords.
What participants can look forward to:
  • Core techniques: Learn foundational methods like the basic twist, lock twist, and fold twist (pinch twist) to secure sculptures.
  • Take-home creations: Participants build tangible items like dogs, swords, hats, or flowers that they can keep.
What participants can look forward to:
  • Composition Basics: Plan your painting for maximum visual impact.
  • All materials provided: All premium supplies (watercolour, watercolour paper, brush, pigments) are fully provided.
