Registration is now open for the 19th APSSA International Conference. 

Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment, and not the registration date.

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include 9% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

*All Group participants must be from the same institution and be registered via the group registration portal. The discount is only applicable to the conference registration fee only.

When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration straight away via email including a tax invoice.

If you do not receive this confirmation email, please first check your spam folder then contact the conference organiser via ask@apssa.co.

All payments must be in Singapore dollars (SGD). Payment may be made by:

  • Credit card – MasterCard or Visa.
  • PayNow (Do note that processing time for refunds, if any, may take longer for this payment mode)

If you are seeking the early bird registration rate, payment must be made prior to the early bird registration deadline.

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the conference organiser.
Registration cancellations received by 5 pm (GMT+8/SGT) on 2 Nov 2024 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of SGD 100.
Cancellations received after 5pm (GMT+8/SGT) on 2 Nov 2024 will not be eligible for a refund.

The 19th APSSA International Conference is held at the National University of Singapore (NUS), University Town, 8 College Ave West, Level 2 Education Resource Centre, Singapore 138608

Designed for the entire NUS community, University Town®, or UTown® for short, is strategically integrated with the Kent Ridge Campus via a vehicle and pedestrian bridge. An educational hub complete with residential spaces, teaching facilities and study clusters, UTown has created a lively intellectual, social and cultural environment that distinguishes the University through excellence in learning and student engagement.

Leading the charge towards environmental sustainability, UTown is one of the latest green building projects undertaken by NUS. Specially built around existing trees, the state-of-the-art Education Resource Centre was awarded the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore’s Green Mark Platinum.

Invitation letters
APSSA does not issue letters of invitation. An official tax invoice and confirmation email will be issued to you after the completion of the online registration form and payment in a timely manner. These documents may be used for visa or other related applications.
