Semester 2 Acceptance Fee

Students who are offered hostel stay for one academic year stay will need to make another acceptance fee payment of *S$200 in order to secure the 2nd semester accommodation. A reminder will be sent to the students' NUS email account before the payment period.
*Effective 5 Nov 2025, a 1% processing fee will apply to payments made via Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Alipay in UHMS portal.
Vacation Stay

Students who wish to stay for vacation are required to submit an application through the UHMS Hostel Application portal. Thereafter, they are to make payment through the UHMS Hostel Application portal.
Due to limited housing capacity, vacation stay in the hostels is only for the current hostel residents.
