A safe and empowering space for neurodivergent students to have deeper conversations with peers and learn strategies for personal wellbeing. This programme takes a strengths-based approach, aiming to build self-acceptance and self-compassion.

Programme Objectives

  • Engage your inner resources and external social support to thrive
  • Develop strategies to understand and manage emotions
  • Co-create strategies and skills for navigating daily demands
  • Define success on your own terms

  • 1: Monday 25 August (NUS)
  • 2: Wednesday 27 August (NUS)
  • 3: Monday 1 September (NUS)
  • 4: Wednesday 3 September (NUS)
  • 5: Monday 8 September (National Gallery)

Audience

NUS Communities

We warmly welcome any NUS student who identifies as having neurodivergent experiences to this space. An official diagnosis is not required. As this experience was designed for students with ADHD, ADHDers may find it particularly helpful!
