Our Student Wellness Team understands the importance of prioritizing mental health amidst the hectic university life. With that commitment in mind, we're proud to introduce our comprehensive suite of mental wellness training programmes for students and staff alike; designed to promote awareness, resilience and support within our NUS community.

In our fast-paced world, understanding mental health is essential. Our Mental Health Literacy programme provides participants with the knowledge and tools to recognize, understand, and respond to mental health challenges effectively. Through interactive sessions, we empower individuals to navigate their own mental well-being and support others in need.

Suicide prevention is everyone's responsibility. Our Suicide Awareness & Prevention programme equips participants with the skills and confidence to identify warning signs, initiate conversations, and connect individuals with appropriate resources. Together, we can create a culture of support and intervention, saving lives one conversation at a time.

Joining as a PSS at your faculty or hostel is more than just a role; it's a commitment to fostering a supportive and empathetic community within NUS. Our PSS Orientation program offers a comprehensive introduction to the PSS role, emphasizing the responsibilities, expectations, and the transformative impact you can make as a Peer Student Supporter. Embark on this fulfilling journey with us and become a beacon of hope and support for your peers.

Our Student Wellness team recognize that mental wellness is a personal journey, unique to each individual. Our Customized Wellness workshops are tailored to address specific needs and challenges faced by the different student population from the various faculties and hostels.

Whether you're looking to manage stress more effectively, cultivate self-care practices, or enhance self-compassion, our workshops provide practical tools, strategies, and insights to support your well-being journey. Guided by our team, these workshops create a safe and nurturing environment where participants can explore, learn, and grow together. Join us and discover transformative ways to prioritize your mental health, nurture resilience and embrace lifelong skills that will accompany you well after graduation.

Together, let's continue to champion mental wellness, break down barriers, and create a culture of empathy, understanding, and support within our vibrant NUS community.
