Our Mental Health Literacy programme provides participants with the knowledge and tools to recognize, understand, and respond to mental health challenges effectively. Suicide prevention is everyone's responsibility. Our Suicide Awareness & Prevention programme equips participants with the skills and confidence to identify warning signs, initiate conversations, and connect individuals with appropriate resources.
