Student Card Replacement

If you require a replacement student card, you will need to report a loss of your card and apply for a new student card.

Do disable your pop-up blocker before making your payment online.  

You will be informed via email when your new card is ready for collection at the Smart-Card Centre, ITCare, Level 6, Central Library Building. The processing time is 5 working days from date of receipt of payment. 

The following non-refundable fee (inclusive of GST) is chargeable for each replacement. 

  • First replacement card    - $30 
  • Second replacement card   - $80 
  • Third and subsequent replacement cards - $200
