Make WellNUS Your Main Quest

The WellNUS Festival is back for its sixth year, and it’s time to level up!
Our PitStop Pals have journeyed to NUS, settled in, and gained new skills. Now, in 2025, they’re inviting you to take on the ultimate mission by weaving well-being into your everyday life, instead of only turning to it when you’re running low.

Forget treating self-care like a side quest you only do when there’s spare time. Just like in video games, prioritising well-being powers you up for your main adventure; academics, social life, and everything in between. Explore, experience, and collect the rewards of taking care of yourself your way.

With fun events and activities waiting for you, this festival is your chance to pause, recharge, and discover new ways to look after yourself as you move through your journey in NUS.

Experience the healing side of Indian classical dance—a unique blend of breathwork, mindful movement, and gentle rhythm that helps you reconnect with your body and calm your mind. This session isn’t about perfecting steps or performing on stage; instead, it’s about exploring how movement can be grounding, restorative, and deeply nourishing.

No prior dance background is needed, just bring along your curiosity, an open heart, and the willingness to move at your own pace. Guided by simple practices drawn from Indian classical traditions, you’ll discover how the flow of breath and movement can create a sense of inner balance, relaxation, and connection with yourself and others.
